Washington’s Weekly Farmers’ Market features everything from garlic to tasty fresh fruit

From fresh sausage to flowers to locally grown fruits and vegetables, the weekly Washington Farmers’ market has returned! Every Friday afternoon through October 3 from 3-7 PM, local businesses will be selling their best.

The Farmers’ Market, hosted by the Washington Business Improvement District (WBID), is conveniently located downtown in the Methodist Church parking lot on East Washington Avenue, close to the Route 57/31 intersection.

Vendors participating in the Farmers’ Market include Maxwell’s Farm, Stone Row Acres, DebRich Poultry & Livestock, The Sausage Man, Meadow Breeze Farm, Kapry’s Catering, RPR Farm, LLC, and others.

The Farmers’ Market, the only one of its kind in Warren County, supports Jersey Fresh Products from local farmers.

Eggs, homemade sausage, hot meals, flowers, herbal wreaths, soaps, goat milk, and a variety of fresh produce, including everything from carrots to letturce to garlic and seasonal fruit, are to be sold.

As in years past, there will be cooking contests and events held in addition to the products for sale.
